Winery Review: With excellent intense ruby coulour this wine is full of character and flavour. The palate shows a delicious richness and smoothness of ripe bilberry and cherry fruit. It is full bodied with a long dry finish.
My Review: Reading the winery review, I saw bilberry which I had actually never heard of before. Googling it, I found that bilberry was distinct, but closely related to blueberry. Smelling the wine, I definitely smelled the blueberry hints. The taste just tasted like regular red wine, I couldn't figure out any distinct tastes. It had a nice long finish, which I liked.
